2. Nature of the WhatsApp connectivity option
Where offered, our WhatsApp connectivity uses an unofficial integration. Use of any unofficial automation or integration may be inconsistent with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and can result in your WhatsApp number being rate-limited, restricted, or suspended by WhatsApp/Meta at their discretion.
This channel is provided on a best-effort basis, without any warranty, service-level agreement, or uptime guarantee. You enable and use it entirely at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable terms, laws, and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Recommended official path
For business-critical, high-volume, or compliance-sensitive messaging, we strongly recommend the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), available directly from Meta or through an authorised Business Solution Provider. This is the compliant, supported path and is not subject to the risks described above. We can help provision and integrate it for your account.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One91 Network Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any loss, interruption, number suspension, data loss, or damages arising from the use of the unofficial WhatsApp connectivity option. The number, the messaging account, and compliance with WhatsApp's terms remain your responsibility.
5. Acceptance
By enabling the WhatsApp channel within Mobile API Connect, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer. If you do not accept it, do not enable the WhatsApp channel and instead use SMS or the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
